Your Echo

Your Echo for Claude

The health app that calls you.

Your Echo reads your Apple Health data on your iPhone, notices what changed, and calls you to talk it through. The Claude connector gives Claude that same picture, read only, once you approve it.

What Claude can see

  • This morning. Recovery, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and last night's sleep.
  • Trends. HRV, resting heart rate, sleep hours, steps and weight over the past weeks.
  • Workouts and nights. The sessions and sleep windows Apple Health actually recorded, with the numbers it recorded them with.
  • Open investigations. The questions Echo is quietly watching for you, and what it has found so far.

Every answer carries its own freshness. If a reading has not synced yet, Claude is told that plainly, along with the last time your phone checked in. Echo never fills a gap with a guess.

Three steps

  1. Download Your Echo

Get the app on iPhone and let it read Apple Health. Echo needs a few days of data before it has anything worth saying.

    Download on the App Store
  2. Add the connector in Claude

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then add a custom connector with this address:

    https://mcp.yourecho.xyz/mcp Open Claude
  3. Approve on your phone

Echo sends the request to your iPhone. Nothing moves until you tap approve there, and you can take the approval back whenever you want.

What Claude gets, and what it does not

  • Read only. The connector can read your health context. It cannot write to Apple Health, change anything in Echo, or act on your behalf.
  • Only with your consent. Nothing is shared until you approve the connection in the app, on your own phone.
  • Revoke anytime. Open Your Echo, go to Settings, and disconnect Claude. The connector stops answering straight away.
  • Values stay out of our logs. We record that a tool was called and how many readings came back, never the readings themselves.
